Payment

- Payment of commission will be sent through GCash or PayPal.
- 50% of final price will be paid once a sketch is approved. After this, I will start working on the piece.
- Remaining price balance will be paid once the commission is complete. After everything has been paid, I will release the finished commission to the client through email.
- Proof of payment must be sent through DM or email.
- An invoice will be sent through email.
- Client will have 1-2 days to fulfill payment.
- There will be additional fees on top of the base price if one or more of these conditions are met: i) Additional Character, ii) Complex Background, iii) Complex Accessories, iv) Major revisions after commission has been completed.
- Strictly no refunds.

Commission

- Commissioned piece is for PERSONAL USE only.
- Commission may take 5-7 business days to complete.
- No rush commissions.
- Default canvas size of commission is A5 (2480 x 1748 px). Client can request for a different size.
- I do not work on commissions during weekends. However, interested clients are welcome to DM or email me regarding commission slots.
- If, for personal reasons and such, a commission might be delivered later than expected date, I will immediately notify the client.
- Do not mint/resell commissioned works from me as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any form of cryptocurrency.
- I will not mint/resell any commissioned works by clients as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any form of cryptocurrency.
- Clients must first inquire if commission slots are open through email or DM.
- I reserve the right to turn down a commission due to one or more of the following reasons: i) Rude or ill behavior, ii) I am not comfortable with the requested piece.
- Clients must give photo references for the commission. References include, but are not limited to, Photographs, Pose References, Facial Expression References, Character Sheets, Background References, and Color Palettes.
- I will regularly update the client with progress of their commission.
- Clients can ask for updates of their commission anytime.
